Woke up this morning with a dull ache in my lower abdomen and when I went to the bathroom I had brown spotting. Not a tone, but very noticeable. I called the doctors office and am waiting for them to call me back to come in. I am FREAKING out as I am only six weeks pregnant. Has anyone else experienced this and been ok?? Or should I prepare myself for the worst?? :(:(
