Well....what's going on?

Ok according to Glow I was suppose to start my period on the 23rd of this month. I have yet to start...my LMP was 8/20/15. I have been super moody, sensitive, tired, sore breasts and nausea that comes and goes and now sick with what seems to be a cold. My CM as of this am was moderate, slightly creamy. I have been TTC my 2nd for 3 years. I had sex on the 1st or 2nd day of fertilization. I am to scared to take a test Bc every time I have it has ALWAYS BEEN NEGATIVE!! I found out I was pregnant by blood test with my 1st. What do you think is going on?
