Scared that I might go into labor before csection...

I'm due to have my csection at 39 weeks on the 27th due to having my first csection just over 15 months ago. I'm just terrified that my body might try to do things on it's own, which would not be good if it did! I'm afraid to over do the walking, afraid to have sex with my hubby or just over do it in general just with the thought it might start labor...😓 Got up with my 15 month old last night, once I got her back to sleep I went to the bathroom due to feeling wet & I had so much creamy discharge. It didn't have a odd smell & I don't itch, had the same thing happen about 3 weeks ago. I live almost 1 hr from the hospital & every little thing makes me nervous!!
