uti? idk

so i’m 17 and i’ve never has a uti before, and i don’t think i’ve had a yeast infection either. but i have my period right now (which i believe is ending today) and i’ve had a bit of pain when i pee? it’s not really pain it’s more uncomfortable than anything. and i feel like i haven’t finished using the bathroom after i pee. also it itches right at my opening? it’s not unbearable and i’m not in any pain. but it’s weird. could i have a uti?
