help i’m freaking out

basically about a day ago i discovered this hard bump sort of thing on my left vaginal lip. it’s very itchy, uncomfortable and painful at times. now i don’t know what it is, it feels rough and almost as if it was chaffed but it also feels like a large pimple under the skin of some sort. this is also more worrying because i get back to the states in about a day a couple hours and im not in such a clean country (ie Pakistan). wtf do i dooooo
