Complications !!

Idk how to feel right now ..I'm really scared..I'm trying to hold it together..im 6w6days and I went to get my levels checked since I noticed some bleeding this morning..I'm still bleeding but not a lot..no pains or anything like that ..my doctor told me my levels have decreased a little since the last time I had them checked ..I'm going again Monday to see where I'm at but I just can't handle it ..all I want is to bring a baby into this world ..I've already had problems trying to conceive..got my first positive and this happens 😥😢 have any of you ladies experienced this?!
