Am I crazy?

Hi ladies!!

This is my first pregnancy

I’m 12 weeks 3 days pregnant. I know it’s early... but am I crazy to be feeling things? For the last week maybe, I’ve been getting what I call “bladder flutters” they come and go. Not consistent. Almost feels like pressure is being put on my bladder for a few seconds then stops. Also, on my lower right side there is pressure. Almost like a nerve jumping feelings. I know, it’s very hard to explain. Lol. I was wondering if anyone else around 12ish weeks has felt things.
