So I'm only 30w1d and I had an appointment today and talked to my OB about my consistent Braxton Hicks contractions. They've been extremely frequent and to the point where I can time them. All the swab tests they did came back normal/negative for going into Preterm labor in the next 2 weeks, but I am 1 cm dialated and 50% effaced which had them a little worried. They told me to take it easy for the next few week, however I'm the manager of my family's business and I'm on my feet constantly. I'm not sure of what to do or how to handle this as I'm a ftm, so any advice you have is super appreciated. Trying reeeaaaaal hard not to freak out too much over all of this...
