Post partum weight loss😞
So i know I’m only 4 weeks postpartum, but i just feel so disgusting... my stomach literally hangs and bulges out super far and low when i sit, i can’t fit into ANYTHING except a single pair of maternity yoga pants, my shirts don’t reach low enough so my belly hangs out of the bottom, and i have to lift my belly up to wash underneath. I’ve always been overweight- but now all my evened out chub on my stomach has dropped practically to my vagina. I feel gross😞 any post partum exercise tips/ weight loss tips that can help me lose this kangaroo pouch?
