Possible early pregnancy symptoms? Help

Nipple on just right breast feels a little “sensitive” randomly but off & on for the past few days Nipple is not always “hard” when it feels sensitive either. Most of the time, it is soft. Is not painful but just discomforting or unpleasant and “sensitive.” Just feels as though someone just pinched it and this is the aftermath feeling lol Possible early pregnancy symptom? Found it odd that it is Only happening on right breast/nipple so far. Plus, I get “gassy” after I’m done eating, which is unusual for me. That possibly a sign, as well?
