I’m that customer 🙊

So a shirt I bought made me break out into a horrible itchy rash. I went to go return it, and they said “yeah, go ahead and exchange it”. Mentioned as I was checking out that it was AFTER I washed it that I started breaking out horribly. They turned around and said “oh sorry, we can’t take that from you anymore”.

Maybe y’all should state that on the receipt? Not mad or anything, but that would have been nice to know 🤷‍♀️ Now I have a shirt I can’t wear just sitting in my wardrobe.
