Have any of you ever swapped to a new type of hygiene product (for example: from tampons to diva cup) and had to go back to your old one in an emergency and it made your cramps worse? I swapped to a menstrual cup over a year ago, which changed the whole game for me tbh, and I had my first incident where I left it at home and had to buy a box of tampons(regular, unscented. Also I hate pads with a passion) and it seemed like my cramps were so much worse than they have been with the cup. I just wanted to know if anyone else had this experience or if it was just me. And also what you guys think of the cup or that new one going around called Flex?
