Implantation or period?

I had 2 positive at home fr test but 5 days later I am spotting small amounts of blood? And sometimes a light watery discharge? I’m only a week late currently. I don’t have any cramps or pain? Just full breast and a little sore but I experience that before a period as well.

If you’ve already gotten positive pregnancy tests, the spotting is probably not from implantation because your period is already late. It is common to spot a bit in the first trimester. As long as it doesn’t get heavier and contain clots, you should be fine. You should probably go ahead and schedule an appointment with your OB/GYN.
