Boyfriend time

Is it normal to feel like you have to convince your boyfriend to actually spend time w just you? Like yeah you live together but w work schedules we practically just sleep in the same bed. And when he has free time he’ll play games or hang w his best friend, which is fine I know that he doesn’t get much free time. But seriously am I a baby for straight up asking him nicely to spend time w me and he goes to his besties house and makes it seem like I’m an annoyance? Am I just emotional? Or is this normal are boys just like this? Help I just need some advice
