“Skin” discharge??

So I just got out of the shower and all of a sudden ( no symptoms before shower) I started bleeding very lightly and I’m having discharge of almost skin like pieces.

I’ve had that happen, are they grayish? If so it’s probably bits of uterine lining coming out without much blood. My doctor said it was normal? Scary first time it happened though.

Its probably just your linking shedding... i thought one time i was having a miscarriage it freaked me out too😭😭😭
