Nose bleeds
So my nose has bled from both nostrils in less than an hour. Not sure if it’s caused just by pregnancy as it is but I have horrible congestion & that’s probably why they’re happening. Is there anything that can help it? I’m 33 weeks & I live in Texas so this heat is killing me as it is, I sleep with the fan on & I also have a humidifier not sure what else to do to help my congestion.
