Engorgement?
I gave birth on Tuesday and have been breastfeeding since and been totally fine however this morning have woken up with a really painfully tender swollen left boob it feels bruised and tender I think it's engorgement but not sure anyone else had this? If so what did you do to get rid of it does it go on it's own ect it's not both of them just one of my boobs 🤷
