Sleep crawling baby 😴😴😴

Help! My LO has started crawling in her sleep and getting stuck in the corner of her crib, she then wakes up lifts her head and slams it into the crib. The only way to get her to bed after that is to bring her in bed with us.

I know this will pass but I’m afraid that by then I will start a bad habit of waking up and sleeping with mom and dad.

My question is how long does this last, and do you know how I can stop this without putting bumpers in the crib?
