Neighbours!
Just a rant. It's 23:00 at night, I suffer from anaemia and chronic fatigue and all I want to do is sleep. It's winter, and my neighbours are having a party so loud I can clearly hear the music from inside my bedroom. Whatever happened to courtesy for your neighbour?
