Not sure where to post this.

I had a miscarriage a month ago. Sex when I was pregnant was kinda painful. Almost felt like he was hitting my cervix repeatedly. He could never actually go deep. Well I lost that baby and now I’m in the TWW at 11DPO and sex has been very painful again like he’s hitting my cervix. I actually am avoiding sex because it hurts too bad. It’s been a month since then. Is this because of a possible new pregnancy or because of the old one?
