It's probably hormones from your recent pregnancy. That being said you probably shouldn't be having unprotected sex so soon after having a baby. Make an appointment to see your gp and talk about birth control to help get yourself protected x

Most likely residual. You should NOT be having sex right now due to risk of infection.  Also talk to your doctor about birth control methods if you wish to not get pregnant right now.

99% sure that's just because of hormones left over from being pregnant. They stick around for a good while. Also, you shouldn't be having sex due to the high risk of infection - in the site sphere your placenta was attached to your uterus = no tampons/sex/foreign objects!

Have you already had sex 2 weeks after giving birth? I think to get a true positive you would've had to have unprotected sex immediately after giving birth and ovulating.....

It is probably hormones left over from pregnancy. I think the insert in the box says a false positive can occur if you were recently pregnant or had a recent miscarriage. Plus. I am pretty sure that you aren't supposed to be having sex for about 6 weeks after delivering a baby. Call your doctor to ease your mind.

HCG stays in your system a couple weeks after birth.  But double check with your doctor.
