Can I use tea tree oil in my hair while pregnant? I’m 29 weeks and few days .

Should be fine. They say to limit your EO use in the first trimester because they haven’t been studied enough, but at 29 weeks you should be fine. The main ones I’d continue to avoid are rosemary, clary sage, cinnamon, and clove. I used both tea tree and frankincense throughout most of my second and third trimesters on my face as a natural alternative to salicylic acid for acne.
