What size?

Shopping for 1st baby. Not sure what size I should buy. 
What if I have a chubby baby? I’m only 13w but I’m a little excited. Will I need newborn clothes. They seem so tiny.

I have only a few newborn clothes. Most are 0-3M. Baby won't be in newborn for long.

I’d say a good mixture of both... you’re very early on in pregnancy and you don’t know what will happen down the line. You could deliver early or just have a small baby so I wouldn’t just buy 0-3m, even if they aren’t in them for long. I personally have bought mostly 0-3 but have plenty of newborn sleep suits, bodysuits and outfits too!

Our son was 8 lb 9 oz and wore newborn for at least a month. We only had a 0-3 outfit at the hospital, and it was pretty giant on him.

I had a few NB outfits but baby was long and mostly wore 0-3. I didn’t buy too much beforehand and once baby came I ordered from Amazon.

With my first, we didn’t really buy any newborn stuff and she was 6lbs 5oz being overdue so she was a little baby and swimming in her 0-3 months. So I don’t think it hurts to buy s few pieces just until they plump up. This baby, I bought a weeks worth of newborn clothing because I’m expecting him to be smaller as well due to being induced 2 weeks early.

Definitely get both. My babe was 7.1 lbs at birth which is pretty average and he fit in newborn for the first couple of months.

I bought all 0-3 for my first born. He arrived spontaneously 6 weeks early. Had to send family shopping to by prem and tiny baby clothes. That said he wasn't in the 0-3 for ages so u should have bought newborn.

A few newborn is fine they grow quick out of it get more 0-3 i brought one outzide newborn and one outfit 0-3 for the hospital since i didnt know
