Yep, I have clusters of cysts on both ovaries due to PCOS. Started seeing a reproductive endocrinologist this past April and by August I was pregnant. 
They monitor your cycles and give you the correct combo of meds to help your eggs mature instead of turning into cysts.

Yes... So it started in March that I was getting the ovary pain. After many trips to docs, urgent care etc. they said I needed surgery. Had surgery in April to remove a cyst. Not even a month later same pain and it came back. Was given clomid to help my body get pregnant and it worked first month and the cyst went away on its own. Hang in there!!!

My SO's mother has one & she's about 6 weeks pregnant.  But we are hoping she doesn't miscarry.

I had a dermoid. Doc said it shouldn't affect my ability to conceive. I conceived our son with it (5cm and they discovered it during the pregnancy with him) however we lost him to stillbirth in March. Could not get pregnant again and had to have it surgically removed as it grew rapidly... Now back to trying to conceive again post surgery.
