Cervix feeling high or low I’m confused AF 🤣😍

Is a fertile cervix easy to reach or hard to reach? I’m confused. is a cervix “high” when it’s easier reach like elongated? Or is it high when it’s harder to reach? Is a low cervix harder to reach or is it easier to reach? I am getting a lot of conflicting information.
