Anyone not get a positive test?

I missed my period around May 3, Missed around May 31 and am not feeling like the 26th of June is coming at all. I have tender boobs, nauseous, back aches, joint pain, fatigue, constipation, and straight out shortness of breath on the stairs. All of this is out of the ordinary. LMP April 5. All the urine tests are neg, and the blood test was inconclusive, and they won't give me an ultrasound. When can you go to those 3D/4D places? And has this ever happened to anyone? . I'd be 11+3.
