Nexplanon

So I got my nexplanon about 5 days ago. Two days after getting it, i started lightly bleeding. Now it’s HEAVY. I’ve never had heavy period before and I had my period at the beginning of June. Is this normal?? I don’t think it’s my period, but it’s too heavy to be just spotting. Anyone have this and it leveled out? My periods have always been light and short 😫
