SAHM or Work from Home activities?

For those who stay at home with their kiddos, what do you do to interact with them? I work from home but also watch my son full time. Sometimes I wonder that he's not getting enough social time out of the house. He takes two naps a day, and between those naps we usually play with his toys, eat, take a walk (so hot in Texas though). Sometimes we'll go run an errand, but since I'm also working I have to be around my computer so less flexibility to go out and do things. He's so active now too, crawling and trying to stand. Just want an idea of what everyone else is up to.
