I'm really worried.
So last night I had this really bad cramps almost like period cramps and stomach cramps all mixed up but in my lower abdomen. It was going on until this morning. Was kind of painful and very uncomfortable, but no blood. I'm 14w3d today (FTM) Is it anything to be concerned about?
