Is this irresponsible?🤔

My husband and I decided to not get the genetic testing done and I’m wondering if I made the wrong choice? For him and I, the outcome of the tests would not have influenced our decision to keep our baby or to terminate the pregnancy so we decided not to test. I should also add that either one of us, nor our families have any negative genetic history whatsoever.

Do you think this decision was irresponsible/selfish of us?🤔🤔 did anyone else opt out of the screening(s)??

* update.. we are doing all the ultrasounds and will obviously test if anything seems abnormal.
