All I ordered was a iced coffee and now I’m feeling bad and wondering if the ubereats drivers get paid on how much you spend on food or how much you drive or just the fees?

The delivery fee is their pay . It’s set in stone . Nothing you can do to help unless you tip them to add extra cushion .

No but they also get paid dirt cheap, idk how they keep dri er's honestly. People never tipped well and Uber only pays for time/milage from restaurant to your home.
