What to eat?
I've felt nauseous for the past day and I've had a hard time eating much.
I had greasy breakfast meat this morning and it was amazing and made me feel great! Calmed my stomach. Then I had a but of a burrito bowl for lunch and nothing for dinner. I was just goif to make some soup and once it was in front of me I felt I couldn't eat it. I'm so hungry tho!
Any suggestions of easy stuff on hand? Filling. Things that don't take long to cook since cook time seems to deter my stomach...
