I drop between 8-20 each round this is round 4 and stilll not pregnant

On my third round! Not pregnant yet and I drop 2-3 eggs each round... we have MFI... so chances of all of them fertilizing is super rare.

So far not gotten pregnant but I'm currently in the tww after a femara+gonal f+trigger shot cycle and i ended up with 2 follicles so we'll see
