Im trying to switch from being a night person to morning person, so im just curious how many early birds as well as the owls we have here :-)

I probably just live in the wrong part of the world.. somewhere in the world im an early bird that wakes up with plenty of time to make and eat breakfast before going to work. 😅😂🤦‍♀️😂

I used to be a horrible morning person. I would yell at my mom when she got me up for school and it set a bad tone for the whole day, every day. Now I’m both depending on my reason for being awake at that time. If I’m getting up early, I take a shower right away and that helps. I’m not a coffee drinker, but I usually have a smoothie.

I love just staying up lol. I definitely get enough sleep but I feel like a little kid sometimes, I don’t want to go to bed and then I wake up early to do stuff I always feel like there something else I could be doing that’s more fun than sleeping

I was always an early bird..but being pregnant these past 8 months, I shift between both.

I am now an early bird to avoid as much Boston traffic as possible. It's hard waking up, but I'm fine once I have coffee and get going. It's nice because even in the winter, I get home from work with enough daylight to give the doggo a good walk. Given the choice, I would still be a night owl 💯

I recently switched to nightshift for various reasons, one being I didn’t think I was a morning person, however...I’m finding I am definitely a morning person hahaha I’m more productive in the am...now that I’m nightshift I just sleep allllll day & I get annoyed by it!

I go to bed between 9-10pm everyday and sleep till 7 in the morning 😂 and I have a 6 month old not pregnant.
