Period over 2 months long.

Hi everyone. I gave birth to my baby girl in December and since then I had my 6 week period and the doctor put me on bc. It was going fine then she changed it as a wasn't breastfeeding anymore and was on the mini pill and wanted to change to a more suitable pill. I've been bleeding since the start of may and it hasn't stopped and I'm getting in alot of pain and it's getting heavier. In the last week I've tried to stop the pill myself as I feel I get way to negative things off it such as mood swings and headaches. Has anyone else experienced this after they gave birth??? I'm really struggling with this.
