I'm 8 weeks and bleeding. It started off as a couple light pink spots yesterday and I didnt think twice about it but its started to get heavier and redder - still just spots on my pantyliner, but when I wipe it covers the toilet paper. I passed some dark red "stringy bits." I wouldn't say clots, but I'm very concerned. Am I miscarrying? Has anyone had this happen and continue to have a normal pregnancy? Not having any cramps and feel normal. I have an appointment on the 27th, not sure if I should just wait it out or try to get in now.
