I know it doesn’t mean much, but I feel like she’s low.

I would say you are lower than you were but it doesn't look like you are low enough for her to have actually dropped . I am carrying super low and my tummy looks like you second picture and my doctor checked her position and said she is in my pelvis but she isn't engaged which is what dropping technically is.
