Advice please!!!
So I have been really motivated lately and have finally been making changes to get healthier. I finally feel committed to staying on track and I know I will stick to this weight loss journey. However, sometimes I find it difficult when my boyfriend wants to eat unhealthy foods, whether it’s just random snacking, drinking soda, or wanting to order pizza for dinner. I try not to let him influence me, but sometimes I give in. I try to motivate him to be on this journey with me and he always says he wants to be a part of it. But every time he is about to make an unhealthy choice, I give him suggestions of a healthier option, but he will just disregard it. I will continue this journey without him regardless, but it would be nice if he wanted to get healthier too. This has nothing to do with how I see hm and his weight, but health is important to me and let’s be honest this journey would be much easier if he went along. Any of you have experience on this as a couple? I know I can’t force someone to do something they don’t want to do, but I just wish I could help him get started. Please help!!
