Plans for getting back into running after half marathon?
This past year I got into running and even completed my first full marathon last December. I later participated in a half marathon a little over a month ago. But then I got kind of sick of it, and was tired of running on the same path almost everyday. I’ve since moved and am eager to get back into it, but I have a sensitive knee and don’t wanna push myself too hard to have it blow out again. Any suggestions for getting back into running plans? Thanks!
