Vision issues

So I wear glasses normally but recently I’ve been having what I described as bugs crawling in my vision but they are just spots . My blood pressure has been good but on the higher side at my last appt so my dr had me monitor it and it’s been fine. I haven’t taken it today because I had to take my grandmother to the hospital and it started happened again as I was waiting (sitting down) it’s came on all of a sudden and it came with a headache that’s in the back of head. Should I talk to my dr or take my blood pressure when I get home and see then call? I have my 30 week appointment on Friday
