My 1 year old blue tic hound took off last night and came back early this morning. I noticed his eye looks weird. Is it normal since he’s hound or should I be worried!?

That's not normal at all, take him to the vet to be on the safe side.

It may be he got into something that irritates his eyes. Call your local vet and get his correct Benedryl does. If that doesn’t help get his seen. That left eye is looking a little rough.

That’s definitely allergies. I had a friend who’s wiener dog’s eyes would just like this but worse. His eyes would get so puffy he couldn’t see and had to be prescribed allergy meds.
