How far along were you when you felt your first contraction?
I'm 21 weeks and I just had a ridiculous amount of pain in my lower back and lower tummy while I was standing and it went away when I sat down. I was on my feet a lot more today than I usually am.
My mom told me to take it easy because I'm only halfway through and I had a m/c previously, just wondering how common this is...?
