What was your next period like after a medical abortion?

I had a medical abortion about a month ago and the bleeding was stopping and would only show up when I wiped

Today I had huge blood clots for about an hour and then it stopped

Idk if it could be a period

Or also another pregnancy 🤔

I do have heartburn which is exactly what I had before my pregnancy

So confused plz help
