So bare with my I know this sounds so silly BUT, I’m 37 weeks and yesterday my hemorrhoids got so painful out of no where especially after mine and my fiancée walk, maybe just about two miles. Well I woke up and they’re worse, is this a sign he’s gotten wayyy lower than he already was ? Or am I just pinning my hope on something silly 😂

Not constipated or anything and my bowel movements are always normal
