I’m a little over 35 weeks pregnant and have dealt with syatica pain since my first pregnancy in 2015. It has always been an on and off pain I have always been able to tolerate it.

This is my third pregnancy and yesterday and today the pain is unbearable. It is a constant pain! I can’t sit, go to the bathroom, walk, stretch, relax, lay down anything without being in pain!!

Anyone have any tips/tricks to help relieve even the littlest amount of pain! I’m desperate to try anything. I have a 3 year old and a 1 year old so I’m constantly on the go & with this pain it’s limiting my movements bc all I wanna do is cry😭 Any advise is greatly appreciated !!
