Failed glucose test 🥺

Can anyone give me some advice on gestational diabetes? I havnt been diagnosed with it yet but failed my one hour. It was 166 and had to be 140 or lower.

Can anyone give me advice? I have a three hour glucose test in two weeks to see if I have it or not. I’m really upset. ☹️
