Has anyone ever checked their own cervix?

I did lol. Until my mom yelled at me and told me to keep my fingers out of there lol. It is really best to not check it yourself and mess with it. All it did was freak me out because I was already effacing it was so soft and squishy I could barely find it. But it can cause an infection and it can cause other issues as well by touching it or messing with it. I'm just a curious person lol

Wish I knew how.. I have to meet with maternal fetal medicine first thing in the morning because they may have to put a cerclage in 😕. 23 weeks, measuring 2.55.

I did, mine was short, soft/sqweeshy and i couldn't reach good as it was because my hands are small, with short fingers, so I could only get a finger tip.
