Should i worry,Spider bite,25 weeks pregnant..

Walking outside i felt a sting on my ankle. I seen a small spider crawl away before i could take a good look at it. Now i have this small bump. Im 25 weeks pregnant, should I worry. It doesnt hurt or itch.
