Nauseous, and lower back is killing me.

So im 34 weeks and 2 days.. i been waking up nauseous for a few days now.. i eat something and it makes me more sicker so i wont eat most of the day but drink alot of fluids.. and with this my back is killing me like some one is besting it with a ball bat.. told my dr tuesday and she didnt seem conserned but im concerned.. like wtf
