That hasn’t been heated. I mean, with my first and this pregnancy the doctor never told me not to. But today my cousin freaked because she seen me eat a sandwich and didn’t heat my meat. I mean... I didn’t know I wasn’t supposed to? I mean baby should be okay right? I mean with my first that’s all I ate because I CRAVED deli meat... and he’s perfectly fine.
